1. Supposedly a person from outside enters Nagaland and is tested negative upon arrival. So will he be transported to his respective district for quarantine or will he be made to stay back in Dimapur for 14 days quarantine?
2. If he’s is to be transported, will the govt. make the necessary arrangements?
The SOP for returnees have just been revised. According to the latest revision, an inbound traveler will be screened on arrival and if there is no symptom, he will be shifted to destination district without any test. Even for people from Dimapur, if there is no symptom, there will be no immediate test on arrival. Testing will be done from the 5th to 10th after arrival in the respective district. If symptomatic on arrival, he will be kept at Dimapur for testing and keeping in Dimapur or shifting to respective district in a separate transport facility will be decided based on the clinical condition.
Transportation will be arranged by the District Task Force of the destination district. But if the passengers are so few, quarantine, testing and discharge may be done in Dimapur.
