as of today, 23/11/20, are returnees quarantined in government facilities or are they sent home?

Also, does it help if returnees bring a recent covid-ve test report in hand?

Returnees can either opt for Home quarantine or hotel quarantine or government facilities (which are being phased out). Those who are coming for short term visit of less than 2 days, no testing or quarantine are required. They have to follow routine safety precautions of wearing mask, washing hands, social distancing. For those visiting for 2-7 days, it helps to bring a recent (last 3 days) negative test result. They will be exempted from testing or quarantine.

With the new SOP which will be released any day now, it is going to help more when a recent COVID -ve report is brought.
